Key Responsibilities
- Design website layouts, page structures, and user interfaces.
- Develop responsive websites compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and design concepts for client approval.
- Integrate graphics, images, videos, and multimedia elements into websites.
- Maintain and update existing websites and web content.
- Ensure websites comply with accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices.
- Work with content management systems such as WordPress and other web platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and clients to deliver web solutions.
- Conduct website testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Research and implement new design trends and technologies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and web design software.
- Understanding of SEO and website performance optimisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Web Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred.
- Portfolio of completed website projects.
